Please see the attached screenshot of supposed compensation for 2,000 diamonds and the chests that I am owed from the issues with Great Fund III.
First, I completed the purchase with the expectation of receiving over the 5 days 37,500 diamonds and the chests as laid out in the attached screenshots.
On July 1, there was a glitch that caused the “collect” tab to not engage. So, I may have clicked several times out of frustration. But the frustration was because the collect button was not working. Eventually, on July1, I received the 6500 diamonds that I was expecting.
On July 2, there were again problems with the “collect” button, but eventually I ended up with approximately 13,000+ (I am not positive how many hundred I had) diamonds.
OnJuly 3rd , 4th and 5th there were again problems with the “collect” button and to that end I began sending in support requests (On all 3 days).
Sometime during those 3 days I did receive another 4,000 diamonds. Not 6500 or multiples of 6500! I had 1,100 diamonds remaining in my bank on the game when I made the initial purchase of 20,000 diamonds to obtain the Grand Fund III. These amounts do not add up to your accusations nor have I been provided with the amount due. I currently have 17,191 diamonds after obtaining my daily “monthly card” amount and using small amounts(10 diamonds a few timesto obtain the “Source of all Souls” in Homestead) and 100 diamonds each day for tidal pool lazer.
I am attaching the offer of compensation in the amount of ONLY 2,000 diamonds and the chests with the accusation that I had fraudulently received multiple rewards on July 1.
The compensation offer is ludicrous! It does not even compensate me for the full 20,000 diamonds that I initially spent to supposedly obtain 500% rewards, let alone ANY of those diamond rewards other then the chests.
I have had many issues with this game over the 2.5 years that I have been playing it. Because I am not a technical wiz I couldn’t prove the losses as I was unable to provide pictures of the proof of losses. However, I continued to play because the friendship and camaraderie of people that I play with was more important to me then the issues I have had. But this goes way too far! And I have lost too much financially in this transaction to just let it ride with what was offered.
I deserve to have all the rewards that were originally offered as stated. No more but definitely NO LESS! Please review the screenshots again!
Additional information:

I have now realized that the additional diamonds that I received were resultant of the "feather" collection (2,000 diamonds) and I also did a "Precious Pro" recharge for 1,000 diamonds. This actually makes up the difference and these are all records in your logs that are clear cut! If you are not going to provide what you say then don't offer it to begin with, it is misrepresentation and misleading advertizing, which is illegal! And by taking the 20,000 diamonds and not providing what was offered, the developer is the one acting fraudulently!
Please post in reply the log that shows that I collected multiple times and I will withdraw the previous statements! (which never occurred so you will be unable to do)

Still no further response! Dev's must be held accountable for their accusations!! They have tarnished my name by claiming that I cheated and profited from it. I did not and I expect a copy of their logs!
