Hello folks.

Today i am gonna post a screenshot that the mod team requested for me to do which will help "some of you" to deal with loss of gold or wisdom cards or other stackabale things.

Just follow the instructions as it is presented in the following pic and hopefully some of you will have the gold issue fixed.

Anyways credits go to mod team and not me.

i m not getting 10 points all gold boxs in in BAG after collect from events from many days. all gold boxs are not coming in BAG after collect.

Here is a dumb question.... If you leave the bag open, then claim the item, why not just USE the item instead of dragging it away, closing the bag, and hoping it's still there when you open the bag again?

I don't seem to be having problems with other items, just the 3 points that I have seen. Others don't have this issue. Is it a level issue? Like the higher you level the less you get? Same again today. Even with the end reward of the 3 point box. I did screen shot and show someone how close I was and how i didn't think the points were adding correctly, this was a few days before reaching level 8. As you will see from the gold bar it is well and truly over the required points, I don't believe this is a graphical error, I think it's correct and the points have not been counting for quite a while.

That's fine, but the item has to actually go into your bag first, if not you still lose the item.

Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm on my laptop instead of my nice big screen desktop) .... doesn't that say 4780/4800? In which case, you are NOT over... you are 20 points short of leveling up.
