Announcement about Amulet Related & Toy Capsule Related Issue


Important Info:
  • Players are advised to take a history of their own items using screenshot showing the timestamps in game (by hovering the clock icon near top right).
  • Screenshot posted had to include timestamp and without editing any part of the game.
  • Unable to provide screenshot or proof that you owned the items, will be players fault and will affect the outcome of the issues.
  • GTA decision after proceeding with the data given is FINAL, without any more data given, GTA has the right to ignore the issue until the right conditions are fulfilled.


1. Amulet & Inscription Runes
  • Any loss of amulet, will need detailed data of where and when the amulet purchased (example: at toy capsule, 2016-09-01). Be wary, that if you had multiple same amulet, you had to provide ss to shows that you had the amulet before or provide the purchase detail.
  • Any loss of Inscription, will need a detailed inscription runes listed and screenshot of ALL amulet (used and unused). Due to multiple abuses, no investigation will be opened without at least a SS showing that you owned the item at one point. Moderators instructions on that matter are to request a proper SS showing the item before any report is done, so don't create multiple threads or PM multiple mods.


2. Toy Capsule Related
  • Any loss of Lucky Capsule, will not be refunded by any situation beside gta fault (server down) as it's stated in the description of the item itself, please note that DNS failed, personal network issue, and unable to login because of something, will not count as gta fault
  • Any loss of Ticket, will need a detail of time and amount before the tickets are gone and after, We will check if the tickets are used/missing and proceed with the data obtained.
  • Any loss of Capsule Coins, will need a detail of time and amount before the coins are gone and after, we will check if the coins are used/missing and proceed with the data obtained.

Well, how about this.
why don't you take a screenshot of everything on our behalf since the game is being hosted by you.
save it on your server.
OH RIGHT! storage issue? well that's the same at our end. But our is a bigger one because we are not the ones making money out of it.
SOLUTION:
Spend the money you taking on fixes to see to it that such problems don't occur at the first place.

  • the only way to fix this game is to use social media to warn potential players of problems ...after the dislike count rises they will pay attention ,,,,they like most companies bribed players to like on FB with paltry rewards...most of those players have left in disgust...until they are hit in wallet nothing will change...no support....totaltarian tatics....and ignoring of issues will stay the norm until that day..bad publicity is consumers only weapon....ask target their losses keep rising and they are scrambling ...like others before them they will reverse position when pressure keeps up

  • that kind of arrogance will destroy the game and i'm not surprised Loa2 isn't going well at all. Compensations that don't cover the losses, servers being down for long periods of time. they seem to forget lots of people pay money for diamonds and want the same courtesy as if you buy things in a shop. But they also seem to forget there's a lot of competition going on and people can stop playing this and move on to a costumer friendly game. I'm not buying anymore diamonds till they change their attitude and are worthy to receive my hard earned coins. The game isn't That good, laggy, freezes all the time, items get lost and when you save an amount of lucky points they come with a server merge to get you to spend them all or you risk losing them. i'll have screenshots ready to ask for a compensation after should they be gone, cause no way i'm spending my lucky points on things i don't want.

  • I wonder if they still have mods or whatever playing and getting all types of free stuff that regular players don't have access too? I heard about a year or 2 back that some players were getting resources above and beyond what they were entitled to from in game events so they could hit 1st in CS tycoon or SS tycoon, if this is still an ongoing issue, none of the free players will ever win with these types of players out there in pretty well every server.

I want to share my opinion about the whole theme, my IGN is NICK from Vine-455.
First of all i don't have the knowledge to say that game crushes because of this or that and i cant judge devs or mods for their work.
Now if a player cant connect and play the game because one or many server go down or dont respond the company has to stand up and face it. You ask players to take screenshots of the stuff they get when they get it after the problem has occured which 99% didnt do cause they cant predict when this will happend. I ' ve read some "weird" opinions that really i cant understand, like players shouldnt get compensation cause it happened globall and that players should take screenshots in order to protect theirselves. NO, players play the game spending some of their time and money maybe, to "have fun" while playing the game. None wants to play in order to take screenshots.
From the other hand lets say that you are correct. Then players should do what? Take screenshot of every aspect of the game? Players have different approach on the importance of the things they achieve. One flashy card can make the difference for some or one amulet or whatever they think.
Players dont have a manual on how to act when the game is going down. The company that provides the service should have one and this should have been known to all.
It is easy to say that you should have taken screenshots but why dont you tell us the hard part? How many times per week/ month / year, the game goes down, how many events have fallen and werent able to get fixed? Its easy to ask people to be honest why dont you get honest with us?
Let me make this clear: I didnt loose any of those you written in this topic and i dont want compensation about those, but what about Demonic war, what about the flashy cards and the philoshopher stones that cant be exchanged cause one day was lost and what about the things that we could get yesterday and have daily limitation to one per day and those stuf we couldnt aquire yesterday? All this count for players. Why didnt you mentioned one of those?
I dont like making negative comments but this compentation is a joke, not to mentione the part in hot events that needs recharge? and is named compentation.
I surelly cant criticize the devs or mods or the platform if it is like it should be or not, but players can criticize and tell their opinion about the service they get from a company and how they feel about it and this screenshot thing is like putting oil into fire.
You should find players that lie to get bigger compensation and punish them as well as those who cheat.
After all players are not going to take screenshots but they can easily get tired or discouraged of a game that doesnt come up to their expectations and stop playing it.

  • Ive been playing this game 2years 10 months, i have 61 submitted tickets, only one has ever been taken care of. i was a free player only, so ever little thing counted so i have 60 outstanding tickets my most recent problem was a 1000 diamond recharge for my monthly card, guess what my card didn't activate. anyway your post was on target, the in game comp in hot events doesn't even come close to what people are going thru, i for one had alarms set for each event, and when you put that kinda time and dedication into the game it sucks when its not acknowledged because i didn't take a sceenshot right before a update came down the pike, silly me should have known that it was going to shut beach treasure off prematurely, and right after i had used up 75 (10) beach point cards i think the comp in hot events was 5mil gold and 3 beachshell cards. GTArcade needs to get a real support system for us players

when i read this, as a former database devloper, its seems clear the devs have a serious integrity problem with the database if these things really happen... i suggest they don't change a thing in this game anymore and use all their resources to fix this integrity problem. call on the devs of the database engine, call on the devs of the server platform, and fix the base of your game before you add even more stuff that will only make the database more and more unstable.
you can't build a house on sand, you need solid concrete if it is to stay up.

  • absolutely agree being a programmer my self I have said this many times this games has had these issues since last Christmas and every time the put another piece on top of the broken database it gets worse makes me laugh that even at work I lag and there is no better internet in the world lol but I agree the integrity is broken and needs a full make over and republish then they could tell there customers its not there fault til then its all there fault

  • Even people who don't know everything about developing and programming are able to figure out whether a company should be able to track their own product or not. I mean it's in the build up - every detail. They have to be able to search, find, look into any issue and fix it. They just refuse to and blame their bad business on cheaters. Whether people cheat or not, is up to the company to deal with not take it out on other customers.

Why in new compensation isn't written what to take, it was collect on both tabs, but when I collected 1st, second was unable to collect. There is no warning that you can claim only one  from options!!! I want to take second tab, not 1st, but obviously now I cant!!! I am really upset over this!

Can y'all ignore the increasing amount of people "losing" inscriptions and coming here as it was normal to just ask and receive level 16, 17, 18, not only one time, but  2 times, even 3 times! THAT made me want to leave the game.
Taking 6 screen caps before revamping amulets won't be a high price to pay in order to keep a fair game for light cashiers too, so thanks for that move.

Wouldn't need Screen shots if there wasn't no problems with the game itself but there are so many bugs and glitches in this game....How about focusing on that so we can enjoy our gaming in peace and not make it about money....This game is becoming less fun to play with so many problems in this game it will be ignore just like everything else.... sigh.....

freyafm/ sorry if my post sounded harsh (I know, I meant to sound vitriolic) - I know you've been a helpful FM and you probably helped me out in the past that I was grateful for - but that's just how frustrated I felt after reading your and Arngrim's posts in this thread. You probably thought it was the best compromise that could be made under the circ umstances - but to me, it's like a bank asking its customers to make sure the vault (under bank's care) is safely locked every time and keep photos as evidence, because if something goes wrong and the customers' belongings go missing, the bank won't compensate you unless you provide those photos.

Players here are customers using GTA's services - why should they have to bear the responsiblity of something they don't even have any control over just because the service provider isn't doing enough? Is it a player's fault if game glitches and his stuff go missing? I don't get it, I thought this should be common sense. As much as my post may have hurt you, I'm just as disappointed and baffled that you of all of mods (I don't know who Arngrim is or what he's like) have taken this stance, basically absolving GTA of any blame for game glitches if there aren't any screenshots. I don't care if there's only 1 person doing the troubleshooting - you as a mod and player never should've allowed this kind of thread to be made in the first place, if you couldn't pressure the devs to hire more ppl to deal with this sort of issues.

(PS: This word censoring is a fail too, took 10 minutes to enter this post because it contained a banned word, which turned out to be cir C U M stances, meh)

  • I'll just answer you 1 question.... Arngrim is the person who spends her free hours and weekends working to solve issues for the players because she cares that much. She is the one who made me to still stay here. She is the one who gave me hope that things can change if we have all the right facts for the devs. Things are more difficult that you can every imagine.
    Let me ask you a question...do you like the reward that are given lately in forum events? That is all her.
    It hurts me to see players creating fake allegations about the 1 person that is actually sacrificing everything for the players...and in here I'm talking about her real job, her free time with no extra money paid. She does this because she truly wants to help..she is a genuine one and a keeper.

  • I don't really care about how players talk to me, I'm used to be talked that way ... I am a player myself and having this FM job 10x my frustrations for this game. Everything that was posted in this thread is something that devs always ask when we report to them. It's not something that we came up with. They even ask for ss of impossible things that would be impossible to get. I can't say more than that, I am sorry. But believe me...what you feel right now, it's 10x more stressful for us.

  • great analogy using the bank. I don't think anyone responding here is bashing the mods work. the problem is the devs. they want us to abide to the rules of the game but if a large casher is caught cheating they let it slide to get the money. if a player finds a glitch in there coding (because they didn't test it first) they punish all honest players. most of us have a life AND work for a living so that we can buy a few diamonds now and then, to stay competive in this game takes a lot of our time by taking a screenshot of every move is to time consuming, plus they can look it up anyway. THE DEVS NEED TO UPHOLD THERE END OF THERE CONTRACT

  • If that is the case, some players have spent ten thousand or more, they should just take the dev's to court and try to get their money back, they are lacking in quite a few area's and support is 1 area that is supposed to help players out, but lately it seems support is just blaming the entire playerbase for failures on the gtarcade team that is supposed to have all game related issues solved before releasing new content.

    If they can't manage their own game, why doesn't anyone who spent a few thousand or whatever just take them to court, at least this way you will have the chance to get a portion of your money back possibly.

You guys can cry all you want but what i m seeing is that after this announcement is made , no one made a report about inscription missing. No reports for ticket gone missing from CT. Which implies that the report about these stuff gone missing were mostly false(And i said mostly , not all).

well if I can make suggestion please help us too so we player can make an easy copy log of data of what we have.
taking ss for everything in this game is not an easy task to do please help me count how many page that will result if we take everything in this game.
and oh i use multiple monitor(4) using prinscr will capture all of my 4 then i have to edit again one by one, i know there is a browser which can capture easily but taking the server date( since it was hidden will also be difficult so in the end it become very frustating job.

ps i agree with this ss proof thing. butbelieve me not everyone can do this since some even don't know how to make ss.

the hidden date for example can be a paint in the .... job for only one item to prove
example
1. need to hover mouse over amulet to show inscription inside it while the date is lost
2. need to hover mouse over the date and lost the detail info

it only one item and it already took me more than 3-5 mnt to edit rezise etc

  • if those date info are not hidden it might make everything easier ( why this was hidden in the first place? ). ppl using new windows 8.1 or 10 will have ease job using win prtscr or can also using windows built in Snipping Tool(available on windows 7). easier than using prtscr paint.

You just talking @ Players should provide this & that.

What about Existing bugs in game.??? You (refer LOA Team) not really bothered to resolve them.

Just making Lame excuses like our developers are looking into it ( Are they developing Space Shuttle

or Nuclear Submarine). If You (refer LOA Team) do there work genuinely & on time these kind of

Situations will rarely occur. Support & Bug sections are flooded with complains. I am seeing

"CS Battles" Most of Players can get inside to play. I am not bothered whether you loose player or Not.

Instead of making game bug free , you (refer LOA Team) without shame asking players to take screenshots

of each & every items in inventory / in use. Are we come here to do these tasks or Enjoy Playing Game ?

I agree that screenshots should be used to verify that users are in deed factual upon their claims.
But what about the errors caused by your end? If it's your fault, are you going to compensate?
When a person uses the majority of their capsules, then the server goes 'kaput', will they be compensated? Will they have a screenshot of the capsules prior to this, since they didn't know it was going to happen? Is it possible for them to foresee these occurrences and take a screenshot before hand? Do you ever compensate us for anything that's your fault? No, or we get something so meager it can hardly make up for what we've lost. I have a friend who lost over 500 capsules because the server we were on crashed and came back into service a whole day later. When they asked for compensation, they were told it was impossible, in fact, none of us were compensated for the issue though it was widely reported and even during tycoon. Occurrences like this happen all the time, we go to bed, come back, server is crashed, server comes back, we've lost items. Can we provide a screenshot? No. Do we report it? Yes. Was it your faults? YES.  Do you ever admit to it being faults and simply compensating without a long line of bull? Hell no.  
So in situations like these, are you saying that every waking moment we play this unstable game, instead of putting our trust in your less than professional staff that the game won't falter or break, we should just , take a screenshot every 15 minutes or so just to be safe? So that in the more than likely occurrence that the server takes a dive, that we'll get our compensation when we deserve it without delay?

  • Then don't use all your capsules at once.

    Personally, I only use 1-3 at a time to minimise the capsules I need to use to get the orange capsule and stop to wait for the next set of items which contains 3 coins in green and coins in blue/purple.

    There's no reason for anyone to use more than 50 at a time.

  • just be aware that things happen, and plan accordingly, dont try to do things at last minute, that would avoid alot of the issues. i do understand if the game is down for an extended period that it is not doable, but most cases i see are those trying to do it in a hurry/last second and it didnt work. The game lags so pace it, i get that during tycoon some try to blast away at end for ranks but that can backfire as well. so instead of waiting until 23:59, start at 23:57 to give it time to update. I agree that the game needs alot of fixes, some very simple. but they are determined to get as much spending generated as possible. Many feel that the game has cheated them, so maybe that is part of it as well. Lots of hurt feeling on both sides.

  • Reply yagami : Thats personal choice i can use 700, 7 or 7000 its my choice, there is no rule in limit usuage. If i use 700 at once and server goes boom with 400 att left. Then whose fault is it? How do i give them SS? coz they didn't notify me that server will crash that day and i should take SS of whatever i do. Makes sense doesn't it?

  • Reply raaz.adk : You know that the server can break and attempts are reset to 0 each day. Yet you still are willing to risk using all 700? While it's not your fault that the server breaks, you had the choice to not risk it all and use 50 at a time instead, doesn't take much longer to do.

  • its kinda like a few months ago I popped all my hoc cards and their was over 300 that got burned because event ended.  that is my fault but I did not know that those attempts would not show up on next hoc,  but since its a competition event for L jokers and such,  you all should understand us risking using all the cards.  unlike other events that carry on the amount, hoc and capsule toys don't because they expect us to purchase more attempts and not carry over like the beach event.but hey it was my fault that I did not do screen shot of the cards not used in hoc,  but when someone says they lost a item out of inventory but they bought it the event before the next one showed up or maybe it wont show up.  but has done screen shot, but no one bothers even looking at his complaint.  now that is just poor costumer service.
