lost chaos ring with gems on

hi , after inheriting idun ring to Chaos ring it disappeared , it is my first time to lose an item and it is my first time to use new client  (may be there is a relation)



as you see from image  inheritance  has succeeded but i cant find the chaos ring in my equip section and a very strange thing happend that an idun ring appears in inheritance section  while i dont have one in my warehouse

hi, kouhai has noticed your post. are you referring to using the new mini-client and the whole chaos ring missing? at any rate, i've reported this to the devs. can you provide an additional uncropped photo of your inventory equipment section for additional verification. as for the gems gone missing, i think this is normal because if you want to inherit the equipment, there's a small note saying you'll need to remove the gems equipped. it might also help if you can provide the estimated time when you did the inherit from your idun ring to chaos ring to make it easier for the devs to check this issue.

this might sound strange, but have you checked all your other heroes, even those not deployed?

Your screen shots shows a level 0 idun's ring on your dragon ruler. I am assuming this is the ring you were inheriting from? But if the chaos ring was already placed on a different hero it will still be there (also may have 'jumped' there by accident)
