Hi yesterday morning (PST) i put in a ticket for support through the facebook support system and still haven\'t gotten a response. It doesnt help that the more ticket button on the website is broken.;I was wondering will the problem i\'m having ever get responded too or should i ask for a full refund of all the money i have invested in this game. I accidentally smelted an item i wasn\'t supposed to, a lv 61 legendary chest with 4 open sockets. Now i\'m in la la land waiting for a response that i might never get to see because the button is broken on the facebook site to view more tickets.

I don\'t think they can replace your item, but I\'ll ask the staff for confirmation. Can I have your IGN and Server just in case? (might take a few hours for a response)

        i\'ve spent allot of money on this game to not have one mistake fixed. i\'ve bought 5880 gold im vip5. if this problem is too hard to fix or wont be fixed ill be demanding a full refund;

I know it sucks, but the replacement or refund of an item(s) lost in game due to player error are not usually refundable. This is true for 99.9999% of games, not just this one. ;We will ask, but I would not hold your breath on this one. ;

I apologize about poor support through the support ticket system, but we will do everything we can through the support system setup with the forums. ;You are getting support right now. We are waiting for response from the top. ;You have good reason to try, but everybody that plays this game deserves the same support regardless of VIP status. ;

Hello your friendly neighborhood spirit here :3.        Don\'t feel bad if you cannot get an item back, its not because of your its just its always been like that. I\'ve accidently smelted a legendary I had max stats, epic, and fully glyph and mine couldn\'t be returned. Also at lvl 70+ its dire need to have the gear xD.

        Also they cant perform a rollback just for 1 issue cause it will lead to countless others complaining.  Im sorry you accidently smelted, but a tip socket a gem. it makes gear unable to smelt.

everything that is done with your character is logged. in order to reverse something all they have to do is take the coding for the item and put it back in your bag delete the silver and iron gain from smelting it and its fixed. it takes less than 5 minutes to do. YOu dont have to do a server roll back for that.;

        josef321, I\'m sorry you lost your item due to accidentally smelting it. I understand your frustration with the current;support system, It\'s not perfect and does need a little work. Please understand that the support staff is doing the best they can to handle the sheer volume of requests being made;and ;are not ignoring you. The item that was smelted will more than likely not be recovered due to it being removed from the database once it\'s smelted. I know this is really hard to accept but don\'t dwell on this. Sooner or later as you level up you would be smelting this item anyway for level 70 - 80 gear. I\'m sure you can replace item doing hell portal in a couple days.;

        We will bring this issue to the attention of the support team to see if there is anything else that can be done.
       

        PS: I\'m a web developer and fully understand Database\'s. I just wanted to explain exactly why the item cannot be recovered.
