Everyone knows the problems, loading stuck, loading slow, stuck with errors, blocky graphics, seeing things from other parts of the game overlap your current position..
        Blah Blah Blah Blah,
don\'t start blaming GTarcade for something that might be Your problem,.
First try the things i\'m going to explain to you below and if that all doesn\'t work..
Then blame GTarcade

First and foremost, you need to clear your cache for your flashplayer.  That’s where your flash stores all of its information (maps) on where to link to.  It’s the first place your game goes to, in order to function quickly, without having to remap every time. http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html
Go there and click the part that says delete all sites in the box.  It will make any website that uses flash have to remap and restore all the info on it, so some games may take a second or two longer than normal to load the first time, but all your graphics will update, and they’ll run smoother.

But that’s not all…  You also need to clear your browser cache.
To clear your cache and cookies on chrome, go to the icon upper right of the screen that looks like three black bars.  Click it and scroll down to tools and a new popup comes up over to the side that says clear browsing data.  Click this and a new tab opens up, and the popup on it has check boxes, make sure that the following are checked:  Empty the cache as well as Delete cookies and other site and plug in data.   Then click the clear browsing data button.  Close your chrome and reopen it, it should work fine.
If you are using Firefox:   At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options.  Select the Advanced panel.  Click on the Network tab.  In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.  Then go back to the firefox button and click the history menu and then clear recent history.  Click the details section to make sure that cookies are included in this, then click clear now.  Close and restart your Firefox.
For Opera:  click on the menu (the O) then hover down to settings and in a popup to the right will be: delete private data.  Click this and then click detailed options, make sure that session cookies, all cookies and entire cache are selected and click to clear.  Close and restart browser.
For Safari: Click the Safari button and scroll down to reset safari, choose empty cache and clear cookies then click the reset button.  Close and restart browser.
For Maxthon:  Double-click the Clear All History desktop icon.  Click the Tools button in the toolbar. Click Browser History item. Select Maxthon and check the delete cookies and delete temporary internet files options.  Click the clear button.  Close and restart browser.
For Internet Explorer:  Go to your browser search bar.  Search for any of the above browsers, go to their home page and locate a download button.  Download and install the new browser and use one of them, cause internet explorer is plain old trash when it comes to browser games. Maxthon and Opera are fast for flash games, Chrome is next fastest and has more bells and whistles, then firefox, but it has the nicest interface, can’t comment on safari, but it’s a must have if a mac user.

If your still experiencing lags after all this, try a speedtest at speedtest.netand write down the ping, download speed, and upload speed (always handy to have when you\'re about to start complaining to GTarcade...

If all of the above just seems like to much work, try the program called ccleaner (which can be found here) and let that program do all of the above for you.

Now, if your still lagging or having problems, to help you better, GTarcade staff will need information, the more the better.
so when asking for support on these forums, always provide the following:

        IGN (in-game-name)
Server (the server number or name on which u play)
Screenshots of the error or bugs
Incase of a lag problem, provide your internet speeds aswell (see? i told u to write it down)

and we\'ll need your bank account and pin number aswell... (just joking, dont give us that)

hope you all will have a good time playing without much lags..
        regards,
        Smokey
