        Is it NOT possible to contact a LIVE Human Being at any point in this game?; I\'ve tried to submit Tickets but, they never seem to go through and, never get answered.

        If a player has a problem with recharging and has to wait 48 hours before attempting again, then the event the player is recharging for will have already ended.; My purchase attempts won\'t pass their automated system.; Automated, great...nobody to talk to, AGAIN.; Nobody to talk to.; No one to answer questions.; NO HELP.

        This is becoming very irritating.; I\'m about ready to throw in the towel.

        - it would be cool if someone read the tickets. Especially payments have no place to be in public forum, so your request for screenshots and info is absurd.
        - it would be cool if someone focused on fixing bugs instead of creating new ones. That way we might need far less support and current support staff might be able to deal some visible amount of problems
        - it would be cool if gta\'s behaviour was not leading to so many chargeback leading to blacklisting with some payment companies
        But no, that is nothing you can do, yet you feel usefull for 1k diamonds per hour. If I was choosen as junior mod, I would already have dropped it because i would feel completely useless and would not feel it fair to have so many free dia for nothing usefull.

        The automated system keeps kicking-out my purchase(s).; When I\'ve inquired about the issue, I was told that I had to wait 48 HOURS before attempting another purchase.; This is insane.; Why can\'t I simply talk to someone?; Why must I keep sending inquiries (like this one) then, have to wait for a response?; The events I was left-out to dry were purchasing wardrobes and, the one where we draw cards (I was desperately trying to Hecate).; I still can\'t recharge and I\'m afraid to even try.; I won\'t make another purchase attempt until Tuesday (at the earliest) just to be ABSOLUTELY SURE enough time has passed.

        But honestly...I have the credit (already checked w/credit card company to make sure there were no issues on their end) but, I can\'t recharge.; If there is a conflict like this one, the company should be able to reset the automated system to fix the problem.; But, they won\'t even do that.

        I\'ll wait until Tuesday and if I don\'t fall too far behind (competitively) or, if I can\'t recharge by then...I\'m done.; The set-up of this game (needing diamonds on demand) and the fact that the players cannot get immediate help makes me feel uneasy about putting any more money into it.

We won\'t get no Live Help no time soon and it would be nice if they offer us that but knowing how this game is broken and we have so many bugs in the game just imagine how the telephones would be at there office LOL! Ringing all the dam time lol

        Have you tried other payment methods? There are quite a few and depending on which one you choose, there might be slightly different rules set for each of them to combat fraud.

        I, myself have been blocked several times due to repeated purchases.

        I will report your issue nonetheless, but please try other payment methods.
