        If you read my previous post a bit further down the page, you will see I had a problem on my Macbook that was solved by re-loading Mavericks 10.9.5 and turning the auto-update off, as I found that it was an update that had caused the trouble. Alas, the problem has happened again when I logged in this morning, but this time there has been no update to Mavericks. The symptoms are: 1. No chat available and a message saying the connection to the server has been lost. 2. A warning in the centre of the screen saying more or less the same thing. 3. Cant play cross server or Boss. 4. having to refresh after each job and loop quest.
        I don\'t want to be reloading my OS every couple of days just to play the game. Any help would be most welcome.

Help with Mac..Again!

It\'s not your mac, it\'s because some browsers have been unable to play the game since yesterday due to technical problems. Try using Fire Fox, IE or Pale Moon to play the game until we fix the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.

        Thanks Yoshikou, I downloaded Firefox and it seems to be working fine now. I also tried Opera and Chrome as well as my original browser Safari, bit it doesn\'t work on any of those. Wierd, I hope they fix that soon.
