Best Mythic Soularm? Reply:11| View:4952

I'm sure this thread has been made before but I didn't get any recent or helpful results when I tried searching, sorry if this is repetitive.
What do you guys think is the best mythic soularm with the current meta? Or what would you recommend I use for a team set up of Moira + Lucas (or Alecta) + Aisha + Kay + Main? I'm currently lv58 so I need a soularm that'll be of use in the short term rather than long term (lv100+).
I'm also a light casher (spent $70 so far just starting out, but I expect that amount to drop to around $30 per month) so I can afford a few goodies here and there, if you guys have any team/gear recommendations.

I couldn't find much info on soularms other than what is listed on GTA's website, so if anyone has more insight on the 3 skill enhancements I'd appreciate that as well.

The Divine Reaver is the famous sword of Moira, the Angel of Apocalypse.
Rain of Blades (Lv. 1)】- Summon copies of Divine Reaver to rain down and deal 84%*Character’s ATK damage to all enemies and reduce their Rage by 50.

The Titan Grip is the ancient shield of the Titans, used by Rei, a famed Dhyana Champion.
Titan Soul (Lv. 1)】- Grant a shield to all squad members that absorbs damage equal to (Character’s ATK*52%) and reduces all damage received by 5% for 1 turn.

Burning with a violet flame, the Staff of Desire is Dora's soul arm.
No specific info... just says "The Staff of Desire can deal great AOE damage, as well as restore Rage to your entire squad."

The Cursed Scythe is an ancient weapon of great power.
Cursed Judgment (Lv. 1)】- Cursed Scythe uses Cursed Judgment on the enemy with the highest ATK, dealing 136% damage while reducing target's ATK and DEF by 10%.

Eternal Oath’s prototype is Aphrodite’s weapon. It has the graceful appearance of a pair of Angel wings, along with a sleek curves and an intricate design to really dazzle the battlefield.
Sacred Arrow (Lv. 1)】- Fire a Sacred Arrow that blesses the squad, restoring HP equal to 58% of ATK; also heals 2 allies with the lowest HP percentage for another 20% of the previous amount; additionally reduces damage taken by the squad by 5% for 1 round.

Out of the Mythic ones, the best offensive one is Divine Reaver, and the best defensive one is Titan Soul.

Divine Reaver because you can upgrade it so it'll reduce the rage of enemies by up to 280 or so, which is a lot. Enough to stop the enemy from using ults early on. If you eventually get Dora, it'll help even more since one of Dora's passives reduces the amount of rage your enemy can get for 2 turns. Plus if you up the damage of it, the crit chance, and your MC's attack, it can do a surprising amount of damage!

Titan Soul because it absorbs a lot more than you would think. It allowed my allies to survive at least an extra 2 turns when I was fighting extremely tough opponents (50m+ higher BR players, Challenger's Road, etc.), which was usually long enough to get all my ults and defenses going. Also, the extra attack and damage reduction it gives is great. But the second main reason to use it is the debuff immunity. For 2 turns, your entire party will be immune to any debuffs, such as atk/def/crit down, stuns, freezes, dazes, charms, locks. I use this on the second round so any debuffs enemies have (skill is usually released on 2nd turn) will be negated. But that's if you max out that enhancement, which does take a bit of resources.

Others worth getting are Staff of Desire and Eternal Oath, in that order. Staff of Desire is great because it lasts 5 turns, and the debuffs it provides is great for you. So you can pop it out on first turn and have it last all 5 turns of the other soul arms. The main thing that's great about it is the rage gain reduction it provides.

Eternal Oath is a better Dragon Warlance. Nothing too special about it other than it has a chance to prevent 2 of your lowest HP heroes from dying for 1 turn.

Cursed Scythe isn't worth getting imo. Only get it once you have the others so you can get stat bonuses from enchanting it.

cursed scythe carries in WB, gives a lot of hit if you need it, and with a high-atk MC it can deal a ton of dmg to enemy carry
if you already have warlance I would get scythe before oath.. just for the atk stats from enchanting

For now, I think I'll go with Titan Grip, based on the poll results & your explanation. I also think a defensive soularm would benefit me more than an offensive one at the moment... my issue isn't dealing damage, it's keeping everyone alive.

As for the skill enhancements, what order would you recommend me to upgrade them? My primary focus right now is maintaining 3 stars in PvE, with some Domination & X-Server on the side. I'm thinking damage reduction first, then negative status immunity, then damage bonus. I don't know if the enhancement costs vary depending on the skill, so my priorities could be mixed up. I need 20 more shards to synth the soularm, so I can't check for myself either. I'd appreciate some insight on this since I'm pretty lost xD

Since you are running pretty much a low/no budget Vanilla Tempest squad, I think hands down Titan Grip is your best friend. Tempest is high damage/crit but with no shield/DR giving heroes. Putting Titan Grip in one of your first 3 soul arm slots depending on opponents may give you a vital way to get through the first 3 deadly rounds of all-out attack builts particularly with heavily loaded Pamela, and your Moira and Lucas will shine staring from the 4th round.

If you are running Midas or Celestial you probably want to get Divine Reaver first.

I find that when it comes to Legionaries that the team have affinity with one another.  Now, with Mythic its about getting that mythic and a certain legendary as an ally.  The affinity with Moira is Penn, however Penn isn't a good squad member to go mythic with.  Now, as for the power of attack its not bad.  Its a good clean-up squad proposal.  But make sure your doing affinities.  I would suggest getting Isealah, and Lucus and building a SQUAD out of Affinities after.  But as for Moira, I love her.  Cheers.

The best soul arm you should use depends on how much of your team your Main takes up.

If you are building up your main go with  DIvine reaver, abyssal blade, Titan Grip. (artifact soul arm: herald of winter if possible).

Herald of Winter is a  better version  of Abyssal blade. Divine reaver can destroy any weak enemies if maxed out.

Abyssal blade will then proceed to one shot the remaining 1 strong person.

Titan grip is to prevent stun, and shield (if needed, really should be last one on list).

If you are not building up your main, then go with  staff of desire or divine reaver.

Staff of desire reduces enemy rage, increase your rage, reduce enemy heal. Not based on Main's attack. Reaver helps stop moira turn 1 ult.

my opinion is: divine reaver full upgraded with a really strong upgraded main heroe.
all soul arm effect/damage are depending of your main heroe status. weak main, less damages, strong main, kill everybody normal or evo.
only really surboosted heroe's will stay alive after the sword rain from the divine reaver (if all upgrade at max (6) and min. R7)
