;several days ago i fell victim to a bug that stuck me in the alliance boss room. was unable to leave or do anything.;i\'m not the only one because i saw a lot of tickets/chat from friends about the same thing. 2 days i missed out on all daily activities. submitted tickets, no response. both on the facebook support link and Grarcade. i\'m 2nd highest geared on my server so falling behind really hurt me, my alliance missed the war because i couldnt sign us up. and i missed all but 1 hour of the first day of monopoly contest. after several more tickets i have received no response and i\'m doubting i will ever get compensation or at the very least an acknowledgement or apology. this is a horrible way to run a game company. i really dont know what else to do i feel i\'d have better results speaking to a brick wall;

Unfortunately the AMs don\'t have access to dealing with Support Tickets via GTArcade or Facebook. The best bet would be just to post it on forums and one of us will help as soon as possible.

this CS is a joke on this.. I can\'t even submit a ticket because it\'s bugged but when I ask for help the response was.... wait for it...... please submit a ticket regarding this issue...;
