From 4 days I can not recharge. I receive message "Order submitted". My bank answered me that there is not any problem with my card and my bank account, but they have not received information about any transaction from your site. They do not know that I try to pay something through your site. They see the previous transactions and there is not any problem with them. This is from 4 days. Before I have not had this problem!
My bank tested my card and your site and they are sure that the problem is in your system.

can you tell me what plattform you tried to use, you can try paypal / direct credit card recharge, paymentwall or rixty

  • I use MasterCard. 5 months I have not any problems. I can use only paypal of these you mentioned, but I have to make an account only for this reason.

I contacted again with my bank. And again - they tested it with different payment systems.
My bank does not recive any information from your system that I want to pay something throught it!
Paypal sends information to your system, but this system blocks payment and does not answer to paypal.
It seems like my card has been banned in your system?!?
Hm ... I do not need problems from something that I do for relaxing from my job. I'm a little bit tired ... it's not normal! I've lost two days from Anniversary Blessing, All Wheel of Fortune, First Anniversary Event ... I've lost many resources. It's dissapointing! And I'm realy tired and I've lost  my time!
Can you do something about this problem? Please tell me if you can not!
I do not have time and place for your problems! You can be honest! I gave you enough money, we can say Goodbye each other...

6th day... I contacted with PayPal too. The answers from my bank and from PayPal are the same: "You have not problems with our system. Just, your merchant does not want your money! Sorry, we can do nothing, contact with your merchant!"
Your system is broken, and you do nothing! How many reports do you need, to fix it? Don't speak me about "cleaning chash and cookies", "bank and country limits" and other nonsense! I'm not from North Korea and my goverment doesn't stop me to spend my own money!
Your system is broken, and can't play how I want! I know, you don't care about a single player. Heh... you don't care about any player...
P.S. Sorry, to one person who cares!

same issues with it as well for both my husband and myself. every time we go to recharge it tells us the same thing that the order was submitted and we don't get anything. husband sent in a ticket on the matter so and reason why this is happening.

  • visa is how we are doing it and nothing. we been doing the same way of recharging since we started playing the game. this is the second time that this has happened and everyone was having that problem because the game was having issues with it.

Hi!
Again about this problem. I become tired to wait for something that won't happen!
Thats why: I autorized my lawer to search compesation for my problems from next organizations:
Visa Inc., Mastercard Incorporated/Mastercard Worldwide, PayPal Holdings Inc.
Especially VISA and MasterCard are very "happy" when some merchant refuse without reasons to use their products. I  have more than 20 cases, confirmed by official records by my bank (Societe Generale), when the merchant refused using VISA and MasterCard without any reasons!
My goal is to be started Surveillance procedure for an unfair and incorrect merchant and I will reach this goal!
I have no reasons to hurry. I lost too much in this game for the last days. Now I'm searcing only for my rights!

Hi,

The dev team responded saying that it was declined by Worldpay and you may try Visa, Paymentwall, or another card.
Here is their message:
"it's declined by Worldpay, you may tell the player to try Visa or Paymentwall, or they may try another card if they don't have a credit card".
