clothing and EW suggestion

If you happen to buy an item of clothing which you already have acquired, wouldnt it be prudent to have a sort of block saying you have already brought this item, as i like in the case of another player did exactly the same thing only to realise i already had said item ( kaftan foe example ) it was the other item whose name i cant remember at this time oryental or something and subsqequently sold it thereafter, a simple piece of code could easily prevent wasting of resources, and secondly any way you can make Commander/General Ranks only have the option to remove badly placed towers during EW as its rather annoying being blocked in and as in the case of last week 3 times i had gone into ram mode only to fnd the message ' Cannot move '  at entrance and thus having to waste 3 rams because of some one elses badly placed Tower. Such a power should be for the general ONLY.  There are too many commanders who have no idea what they are doing.   Here is another general only suggestion... the power to kick someone clean out of the faction.

--Are you referring to me? Nah. Just accept it that I was able to outsmart you again - and for the 5th time. And heck, yours was a SUPER FACTION that was in possession of 60 strongholds with only 1 and a half hour left in the season, Water and Fire with only 24 apiece, and yet, I was still able to beat you, again, even with me having already recycled my toon days before the end of the 5th EW.

Bestowing the General with the power to remove players from the faction, or at least, mute them is a good one. It would discourage mindgames, which only I, the greatest VIP0 ever, can do perfectly, and would scare players from killling dragons and from banging walls all the time.
