Lost diamond

I perchest the Iridescent Warhorse soul in Hot Events for 1500 diamond and the game took over 10 thousand diamonds. I hope there is a way to get my diamonds back. I am on server UB28, platform FB and my charictors name is Frijaway. I did print out a screen shot right after it happened, but part of the picture was cut off when it printed. I can show you my recharge history, so you can see I had diamonds in there.

Hi Frijaway, I'm sorry but our log shows you spent 9680 diamonds on the Easter Event, selecting from the gifts on the wish points, if you don't have enough points it asks you if you want to spent x amount of diamonds to select, and you must have done that

Dragonlady, so you found that the game did take the diamonds from me and I got nothing in return. That would mean that you owe me 9680 diamonds or are you in the practice of stealing diamonds from the players?

It's the Easter Event where you spend the Wish Points to select gifts, but if you don't have enough Wish Points it will ask you if you want to spend the required amount of diamonds instead. This is what I been told the log shows you have done with the diamonds, this is not personal, I do not steal your diamonds,
I can not tell you what you got from the event, I'm just the messenger here, sorry
