when you open city features is there a "new" tag over sylph hall?

Because mine does and I didn't see anything new there either, which is why I posted the thread ASKING whats up.

that recent glitch-o-matic with CS when Demonic lagged on everyone seems to have triggered a few oddities fior some servers. This "new" sylph hall, divine realm " instructions" panel on entering that won't go away after clicking "don't show this again and battle log always resetting to off on entry (makes AE really annoying) all these little things started with that F'd up DW.
