Palace raid error

Hi, i have raid palace over 40 times just to get the 10 extra green ones and althought i got the 10 brown ones, when i went to my inventory to use them, i saw this

u can get raided while u are raiding other and lose ur shards also. longer u wait more chance you will lose some shard. also lower ur br, more people will raid you.

you are telling me that in the 1.5 minute that took me to finish raid, i was raided by the entire server and lost 8 shards, 5 of which was at my inventory?

Next time lets stay to "you haven't recharge yet, we don't care about you"

I thought the shards in your inventory couldn't be raided. Only the ones still in PD that's not collected show up in the raid list?
edit: also someone else on my server stated they had the same problem with losing raid attempts or something, s.39 BlueMass. not sure what his problem is
