Recharged says successful but no diamonds

I recharged twice today - the first one worked but the second one gave me no diamonds! I recharged 1000 diamonds to be able to use the prismatic wheel but recannot as I did not get the diamonds. Please fix this quickly. I did try refreshing but that did not work either. Want to use the wheel and gain some nectar for lucky tree. Thanks.

Hi there,

I would need the recharge order number that can be found in the history page. However the devs are not back now till monday! How long did you recharge on the second recharge i normally get a delay of about 30mins

Can you let me know the order number and if you get the diamonds i cant report till we have that.
