Cross Server pvp Issue

Last 3 days of event, when I try to do my challenges, it keep seaching for my oponnents, it never find them.

All 3 days I was forced to use my first challenge on empty, it would match me with player very low BR, my screen would freeze and when I relog, I lost that match, but it would allow me to do other 9 without any problems.

It is not so big issue for me,because I win all my other challenges, but what I notice today is that players BR on rank list doesn't update at all.

My big concern is what if I freeze in 4 realms match and lose because of that, I already look in forums and according to previous posts players had same issues and problem is not fixed.

If anyone has any advice on how to fix that problem, please let me know.

I use Iphone 6 and my wifi connection is 5G, but my cell data is 4G.
My internet is fiber optic, upload and dowload is over 150, very stable.
