Recharge of 800 topaz

I did a 400 recharge this morning on 4-21-17 and another recharge that evening. As you can see by the attached pictures, I did not get the the 3,200 Diamonds, for the Recharge of 800 topaz.
I am a VIP 14 and I recharge a lot every week.
This is the first time this has happen to me.
Please fix this and credit me the 3,200 diamonds.

I see what it did, it gave me a 400 topaz recharge instead of a 800 topaz. still a big issue for me because I did select 800 topaz.

This is not a bug but working as intended. Please note there is the word "single" recharge 800 topaz.

Otherwise everyone would make smaler recharges to also get the "single" recharge 200/400 topaz rewards on top of the "single" recharge 800 topaz.

Hi,

The Single recharge reward works only once per day. That is why you received the 3200 diamonds for the first recharge. You will, however, be able to claim other rewards by single recharge of different amounts as provided in the Single recharge event on the same day, which is why you received the 400 topaz reward. Hope this explains your question.
