CROSS SERVER

There has been ZERO response to what the problem is!

SERVER-EST 161
ERROR MESSAGE "unable to connect cross server server"

Server EST-464 also experienced the same issue with cross server for several days now, I have submitted a ticket with no responses prior to posting this.
I have also tried re-downloading and re-installing the game.

Wow finally a response! This is a server wide issue! Not just me. My ENTIRE GUILD has missed the ENTIRE cross server event and icefire for almost a week now!!
