Dear player, yes, it must be a fake, illegal diamonds sellers usually use carding to top up their customers account. Carding is illegal in all countries, so we suggest you not joining into that community.
We work hard on making LoD a fair play game environment, if you want to contribute with helping us to find players that don't keep to the fair play policy of our game we would appreciate if you would please report them to our In-Game Support System. Because of privacy concerns, we will not reply back with the actions taken towards players that don't play by the rules of LoD. Is that the only blacklist you will keep on boasting... man do your thing dont give us such a lazy action... or false hope that you are promoting fair game... all the servers are full of craps and you just keep asking to send give you hint whose cheating but none of them was banned since that blacklist you are boasting..
