Missing Diamonds!

Hi Mods,

I just noticed that I am missing around 3,000 dias just now.

I also noticed that there was a collectible in HE for a spending bonus of 2,000 dias. And the only thing I bought was the 5k Aegis shard in HE Devotion Rewards worth 500 dias.

I am attaching the SS of the places that I could have bought something unintentionally for your reference for you to see that I didn't buy anything aside from the Aegis shard I mentioned above.

I n Lucky Tree, I have a total of 70 Tears (Forum event rewards in Easter event is 50 plus my previous stock of 20) plus my Devotion collectibles and the Event bonus yesterday and today.  I used them all up so I have a total of 134 used tears

In Capsule Toys I have a total of 84 capsules used since yesterday and totay.  Forum event easter bunny rewards was 50 Capsule eggs and the 2 days devotion collections plus the event bonus in WB yesterday.

There is no other place i could have bought and used the 3000 diamonds!

Hi there, can you clarify when that happened? Approximate (server game time) time and date will be helpful. Did you perhaps lock any slots in Caps Toys?

Hi Silver Zero,

I just log-in to join the Quiz today and while waiting I was scanning the forum.  i noticed that I have a pm from Dragonlady of a code for the Easter Forum event.  So naturally i copy the coded and went back to my main screen to paste and redeemed the reward.  Was quite happy to see that its around 2200 dias that flash, so i look on my diamonds on the screen to see if they added those.  that's where I noticed that I am missing the Diamonds!.  I distinctly remember in the morning when i purchased the 5k Aegis shards that my stocks are about 3500 plus, i can really be sure but it was around that number 3.5k-3.8k diams.

I was asking around what time (server game time) you noticed that they had gone missing, so that was at around Quiz time on the 23rd you noticed they were gone? And am I right in thinking that you'd want the diamonds back if we can find out where it was spent, and if the rewards could be swapped back (but a swap may not be possible if it has affected other things like tycoon rank etc)

That is why I havent collected the spending bonus yet..

That 3k dias would have bought me more than 100k points in Devotion rewards alone.

Yes I want my diamonds back, and swapped whatever it is that was bought that i do not know about. I didn't even see any changes in my Tycoon score.

Hi there scouty, so we have heard back. They said you spent those diamonds doing an auto click reward collection in Eternal Spire...did you have like hundreds of attempts busy queuing or something? Well I dont think a refund will be possible in that case since tycoon was on and it would have affected your points

Hi Zero,

That is the stupidest thing to do to get a score in tycoon, why would I even use an auto flip in Eternal Spire which would give like 1k score at the most for that 3k dias.

I did not collect the spending bonus so Devs won't used it as a reason not to refund my diamonds. Whatever score i got from that spire won't affect mys standing in Tycoon even if they deduct the point as I am at to top 500-1000 bracket.

Whatever happen, i did not do the auto flip and the only thing I can think is maybe it triggered when I used my extra Spire card.

Kindly bring this up once more as this is ridiculous, I was saving my dias for so long to come up with enough on the Mid Year review.

I will ask if its possible if we can do a refund for you, but dont have any high hopes as this was a mistake of yours so it'll be up to the devs discrection whether or not to help if possible at all. Do you have screen shots of your tycoon rank, that actually may help your case if you can provide them
