Healing or defense skill that makes up 12M BR deficit?

I've seen some type of defense/healing skill that makes BR irrelevant... Basically as the HP decreases, it seems like this guy is becoming more of a tank and there is an incredibly high HP regeneration occuring at the same time. Does anyone know how to make this happen? Does equipping a single twilight piece do anything? I have a rank 5 twilight armor, which does 2% damage reduction per 10% HP drop. I also have my 3rd skill's regen at max and my ultimate's HP recover at level 7, but I get nothing remotely close to what this guy has in terms of healing and defense.

Dear player, besides the healing talent skill, there are actually two pieces of twilight set that deal with defense, the armor and legguard. Perhaps the player you faced already has these two pieces. Well, actually many other factors that can influence the result of a fight, critical damage and critical rate for instance. Because the player has high crit dmg and crit rate, even though you have it all at max, this will likely makes your healing seems useless.

There's also a few things increasing br but does you absolutely no good like lvl up pets you don't use. Increase br but don't give you anything in pvp

Actually leveling pets fo help in pvp, if we take in consideration boosting aswell...crit hit resi dodge...read more about pets zhenedra so u dont confuse players.
I have xeumach maxed out and just finished loivissia (lvl 90). Now i focus on one of my other red pet.

Actually this only applies to your active pet... I just boosted and lvled my cryosaber 1 lvl each, im not using it and i didn't gain any stats but gained 1k br...

Actually leveling your pets you have in empower will raise your br. Boosting is only for deployed pets.

Dear player, boosting is not only for deployed pet, you can also boost your other pets and this will increase your boost power in combat too.
