Hi,
Accounts will never be deleted (unless something really really bad should happen)
So, Please make sure you are connected to the right platform,
If you started your account on facebook,
the facebook system is not synchronized with GTA,
therefor it will seem as you have no account in the GTA mini client if that's where you are trying to log in

If this doesn't solve it for you
Please try to contact the support team from the support link
and make sure you mark it as an account issue and they may be of assistance to you.
