Looks like i'm not alone here Support just trows stupid excuses like probably its (in my version) Paypal.my bank ar mastercard fault!!! tried all ways to recharge, nothing!!! Then i go to Stormfall, another browser game and done 2 rtop-ups with paypal and credit card, all worked perfectly!! So if i dont get compensation from lost resources in last 2 days, mostly furnace feast is important, they can forget about my money and 1 more player in LOA2!!!

My advise is to write directly to VISA or MasterCard. You can do nothing to resolve your problems, but these organisations know very well what they have to do.
Just write to them that this merchant refuses to use their products without any reasons and after that just wait... They will make much more, much faster than mods can and take care about you much more than devs.

To mods - Please, tell do devs, they just need to restart their payment system, clean cash and cookies!
10 days the same with me... what do you think, mods, will I play after all these lost resources?

I too have the same issue but have submitted a support ticket. Is that the fastest or should I post information here too? I will be upset if I miss the recharge rewards because of this. Thank you

Couple quick questions....if I close out of the game my issue will still be dealt with correct? And will they compensate me the rewards I should have gotten (hero & pet) once the issue is resolved should it not be resolved before the end of today? Thanks

  • Hi,

    Your problem from the support ticket will be looked at even if you close your game. If you are to receive any rewards they will still be sent to your character.

Hi, i recharged trough WorldPay with this Order number: 149308416879222.
Problem is its in waiting status and the day is reaching an end. Thing is i need today's rewards for recharging, otherwise, cancel my payment.
Today's rewards i should get for 200 topaz recharge are:
Furnace Feast (everything there)
Daily Recharge: 300 Stamina
All- Rounder: Mythic relic Pack + 7 Lotto tickets + 30 Aptitude codex.
Recharge combo: Small mythic hero supplies x1
Total recharge: 50 Aptitude codex

Sorry that you are having problems with your recharges.
I would suggest that you should post your problem in a separate post to avoid confusion and getting overlooked. Putting different problems in one post makes it difficult for people to see who is getting a response. We, moderators, work in shifts and I may not look at messages I responded to till the next day. But if you put your problem in a different post other available moderators will be able to pick it up and respond faster. You should provide details of your In-Game name, server name, and payment details, a brief description of what problem you are facing, in order for us to look at and help you. Once you provide this information, preferably in a different post, we will verify and forward to the dev team. In regards to rewards, we moderators have no say in it. It is again at the decision of the dev team.
