As a Paying Customer for this Game , I urge Gtarcade Marketing to Seek the solution for player who supported this Browser game promptly. The Payment Option for player is falling apart now. I personally having issue with this and it\'s was devastating that such important news was not being alert to player who made the payment thru the above attach photo.





What will happen now since many of us are doing this purchase payment thru this payment option? I myself made a purchase a total USD99.99 today and was very upset that i found out ;that this is happening and Gtarcade Dev Team know nothing about it.;

And Stop Telling Player that have this kind of issues ;:

;1 .  PLEASE CHOOSE OTHER PAYMENT OPTION - First you (Gtarcade) ;need to understand that the root of this problem. No All player owned a Credit Card , even the do owned one (Like Me) they didn\'t want to purchase using it. And mostly thats not the problem , the problem is they already purchase the credit using one of your selective payment option.

2. ;YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE PAYMENT COMPANY , AS GTARCADE DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY - Hey you are the vendor merchant of this Payment Option , We as the customer purchased your product using the appointed vendor of yours and we suppose to clean up the mess that you suppose to do it for the customer?

3. IT\'S WEEKEND NOW , AND MOST LIKELY YOUR PROBLEM WILL BE ATTEND BY NEXT BUSINESS DAY - Your Game was operating 24/7 right? Then You guys should ;make sure someone stayback on the weekend to just in case some shit does happen during the weekend and no need to further upset your precious customer.

        That\'s just the Ultimate Points you get for using Ultimate Pay, they won\'t be giving you rewards for using them as a purchasing method anymore. Ultimate Pay points can just be used towards a total, say you get $15 worth of diamonds, if you have enough Ultimate Points, you can turn that $15 into $20.;

        Having paid into games before, I get your frustration. But also having worked/interned with a few, I know the behind the scenes of when these happen, and your frustration is most often misplaced with these three options.

        1. Sometimes payment methods go down, that is beyond GTArcade\'s control. Some payment processors (which is what those payment options are, they are both the seller and processor for GTArcade) have daily, weekly, monthly limits on what customers can spend through them. When a person reaches that limit, their method is declined, even if they use some other method. The same thing applies with the gift cards, how merchants process, distribute, and set their cards to be redeemed is beyond GTArcade\'s control. If GTArcade requires 15 digits from a gift card, but one merchant changes the number of digits in a code in one part of the world due who their merchants are, that too is out of GTArcade\'s control.;

        2. Paypal has been, and still is, a payment provider for Ultimate Pay, who sells and processes payments for GTArcade. If there were illegal practices, these options would have been removed by now. When you get the message that the seller has cancelled the transaction, that is one of those merchants cancelling the order, not GTArcade. GTArcade is the supplier, not the processor or seller. If your payment has gone through but you have not received the diamonds, that is on the fault of the payment processor, because that indicates a breakdown of communication between the two servers. That is why the mods are always asking for Transaction IDs, because the only thing they can look up, and information they receive from those places, are that processors specific identification numbers.

        Its like ordering something online, and getting it late or never because the delivery method screwed up. The supplier (GTArcade) did their part, but your third party (FedEx) failed to deliver it. Now you as a customer have to work with the supplier to figure out what happened, and how much you get in a refund, or if it gets resent. Worst part is, you\'ve already paid the third party with your Shipping and Handling costs... and you don\'t get that back.

        3. Even in the military, we had bare minimum manning on weekends and holidays, and we didn\'t go in unless it was an absolute, world-crisis emergency. Game industry isn\'t as 9-5 as people think it is, on average you work 14+ hours a day with a crew of about 5-6 people.;

        if your car breaks down on the weekend, or your internet service goes out over a holiday guess what, you aren\'t getting service until the next business day. Just how the world works.;
