Hi I've been waiting after last super tycoon event and still no help yet. I've posted my informations on the other thread and no one answer me at all. If any Jr. or Sr. Mod sees this, please help me figure this out. I've spent so much money on this game and this is the type of customer service I get from you guys. Is that how you treat your loyal customers?

CLEARLY ,THE SAID ACCOUNT CANT ACCESS HIS CHARACTER, IT WAS ALL STARTED WHEN YOU GUYS GIVE DIAMONDS IN THE FB EVENT REWARDS..AFTER THE MAINTENANCE, ALL SUSPENDED PLAYERS IN THE SERVER ARE ABLE TO PLAY NOW, EXCEPT ALSAHER.. THIS ACCOUNT IS STILL UNDER SUSPENSION OR FORGOTTEN TO LIFT UP THE INSPECTION. KINDLY FIX ALSAHER ACCOUNT SO HE CAN ENJOY HIS EVERY DIME HE SPENT IN THIS GAME. NO REFUND RECORDS WHATSOEVER.
HE CANT LOG.IN HIS ACCOUNT.
IT SAYS INCORRECT PW WHEN HE LOG-IN
I DONT SEE HIS ID IN MASTERLIST OF BANS SO I HOPE ITS JUST AN ACCOUNT GLITCH OR SOMETHING.

PLEASE, WE ARE LOSING SO MUCH POINTS IN SERVER EVENTS BECAUSE OF YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL METHOD OF SUSPENSION.
