S4 (Spiritus) Beasts Screwed up

        I really want to use some choice words here but realizing that this might be read by the wrong ears.

        Dippy, RaiderEric, okupa, heioux, EEianah, and Pirinaha187 have gotten the wrong Beasts. ;This list is only people I know about within two hours and paying attention to chats. I am sure there are plenty more. ;I know dippy has submitted a Bug Report in the forum section. ;I have added on to that one and also submitted support post. ;All I have seen is people have read it but no one has responded. ;Are you trying to kill server 4? ;Just don\'t care about us. Can\'t believe that the developers messed this up? irnaha has stated that he will quit if he does not hear back about the support ticket he has submitted.

        You have people who spent Gold, Silver, Glory on this which you just trashed.;

        Ok. ;Both Dippy and I had Siren but the scrolls we got were for other beasts. ;We also had upgrade the Sirens to Level 1 instead we got a Level 0 beast. ;Okupa, use to have a Jester Cat now he is using Neither Tortoise since his Jester Cat did not return. irinha complaining that he is missing beasts. ;EEainah mention in chat that she did not get back her beast that she had before the beast upgrade. ;See the common Thread. ; Come On and fixed this since this is a common problem on Server 4. ;The only one I know that stated he got all his beast back was Kurio. ;

        Hey, I\'ll let jelly know about this problem. However, most staff members are off during the weekend so most support threads will be looked at on Monday. In the mean time, can you double check your mailbox and make sure that the scroll isn\'t hiding there somewhere?

        Yes, I have check my Mailbox. ;It is now empty since I always clear it out after getting the items. ;That is why I have suggested that you do not do upgrades on Friday since there is no one to respond to server upgrade problems and most players are most active on the weekend when they have time off from Work and or School.

        The beast update came last week though, if you sent a PM to me or opened a support thread we would have responded within that week. Nevertheless, I\'ve already left a note for jelly to look at and will be reminding her to look at it on Monday.

It showed up ;today. ;Got Mail message about resetting Beast and the incorrect scrolls today. ;That is why I am complaining about the upgrade hitting Friday. ;I am a Software Engineer by trade so I understand you have bugs but I also understand the need for Good User Experience and doing upgrades before you leave for the weekend is not part of that. ;The U.S. Army use to do the same crap and it adversely affected teams in the field but they call in people to fixed the problem. ;I think eventually they ban upgrades on Friday for that very reason. ;

        I agree with you, I\'m sure a lot of us do. Updates on Fridays are really stressful, still not sure why it happens. Perhaps upper management decides it.
