RECHARGED 4K 2 HOURS TILL HOC OVER DIDN'T GET CRAP

        I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED AGAIN! ;I JUST RECHARGED 40 BUCKS TO GET THE PRECIOUS REWARD, THE ;GEM MANIAC REWARDS, ;AND THE CARD DRAWS AND DIAMONDS TO PUT ME IN THE 40K MIN AND ;60K REWARD IN HOC. ;THIS BETTER NOT ;COST ME THE HOC MIN REQUIREMENTS OR THE 60K ITEMS I NEED TO COLLECT. I ALSO WONT GET MY 100 TOTAL ;RECHARGED REWARD, CARD DRAWS, PRECIOUS DIAMONDS, CHERUBSTONE AND LVL 10 GEM. ;THIS IS A HUGE ISSUE NOW CAUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME ;3 TIMES ALREADY. ;U SAID YOU WOULD FIX THIS BUG BUT NEVER DID NOW IT IS COSTING ME MONEY AND TIME. ;I NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM A SM AND HAVE MY ITEMS SENT WITHIN 2 HOURS OR AFTER HOC IS OVER TO HAVE U SEND ME THE 60K HOC REWARDS AS WELL AS 3RD PLACE WINNER. ;THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I HAVE TRIED MY BEST TO AVOID FILING ;CHARGEBACK. ;BUT IF THIS ISNT TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY ;I HAVE NO CHOICE. ;GALADRIUL THORNWALLS S101 FACEBOOK.

Yea its over and now i will be expecting comp and every reward I did not get for this massive error. I spend and I spend and get the same bugs over and over. ;Since so much is lost and there is math involved in this regarding card draws, estimated diamonds that would have been used, and other things I need to talk to a SM about an agreed resolution. ;Oh and, I only draw from the 500 diamond chest when I use my diamonds. ;So I would have used all the diamonds I earned from the precious event to try to get an S joker. Let try to calculate the odds of that and come to an S joker agreement since we cant go back in time can we and see if I would have drawn a few with those diamonds. ;Your bug has made a huge domino effect mess of this.;

I understand your frustration but that does not give you the privelege to ignore the forum rules. If you cannot contain yourself, might I suggest posting your problem after you\'ve had a few minutes to cool off, as a mute for constant infractions will not help your cause at all.

Again, I see your point on the caps lock and will certainly remember to try to contain myself in the future. ;But if GTarcade can contain their bugs also that would be fan-freaking-tastic. ;How can you expect us to follow every rule you set when the rules or things in game are going un-contained? Sometimes things like this happen because the channel between facebook and our recharge channel is not very stable, but this is quite unusual that the recharge failed to deliver so frequently. The last player who came across this as I remember was havok...Hmmmm we haven\'t found a way to work this out yet. However any time, if you meet this situation again, we are always willing to help.         I am still missing items not sent to me from the hoc period. I was sent most of what I was owe but am still missing  4k diamonds.  i reharged 4k during the precious event and was owed  4k in return also.   The other items missing
        are the ones from the gem maniac event as on the same day i recharged up to the third reward shown below. I have the lvl  8 cherub, 1 lvl 9 hp, and 2 lvl   6 magic attack items in my bags for you to exchange for the rewards shown below please.



         

        The last 2 issues have to do with points that were missed due to the fact my 8k  diamonds were not sent to me in time. Again, as I have said, every diamond I buy during hoc goes to the 500 diamond card draw area to try for S jokers. If my 8k diamonds were sent I would have drawn 16 times from the mystery chest. At which point it would have put me a bit over 50k points. Thus I never was able to collect the 40k or  50k master of poker rewards as shown below also:

       


        And finally i need you to consider the mathematical odds of 16 draws from the mystery chest that I missed due to the untimely delivery of my diamonds.  Since we cant go back in time and see what I would have drawn, and I am not asking to receive random mystery chest cards; I am asking to be compensated a few S jokers for this mistake. In conclusion the following should be sent still:
       

        4k diamonds for precious match reward, lvl 10 hp gem, lvl 9 cherubstone, lvl 6 magic attack/dodge fusion gem&20 magic socketing rods (exchange items are in my bags); the 40k and 50k master of poker rewards of 3500 card points, 1 ace of spades, 3 joker S, 2 Ace of hearts; and compensation for loss of 16 mystery chest draws that I was not able to do as my 8k diamonds worth of draws was not sent in time. This compensation can maybe be in the form 2 additional S jokers to be fair.  (5 total sent 3 from the master of poker 2 for mystery chest draws)
