        i have been trying all day;for the past 2 days... to buy some diamonds. all it has done is say payment failed. i tried the other payment options with no luck. i talked with my bank and they said the problem is on your end of the transaction. Payment Option: I have a bank debit card i want to use.. i have tried all three options at the bottom of the recharge screen... the ultimatepay charged my account, then refunded my account cancelling the purchase... i talked with my bank again, and again they said its on your end of the transaction.

        ok, you all need to come up with something better than posting hello, your issue has been reported and fix the problem... i have been on the phone with every payment option you have listed on the recharge screen.... was on hold for about an hour per call... with NO ONE even trying to answer the call... im beginning to think that this game is a big scam... here im dang near begging you all to take my money to enhance my game play and you all wont do anything to help me get my payment to go thru... you dont even like to respopnd to the posts on the forum.... im about done playing your game if you wont fix the problem......and i dont want to hear the bs line ofit takes time to fix it right I AM A GAME DESIGNER/ DEVELOPER, and i know how long this stuff takes.... just fix the problem man, especially when you have as many people begging you to take their money for what few diamonds you give them....
        and by the way... im getting tired of telling you all the same information when you dont even care enough to even try to fix it or find another solution to the problem.. i have even tried to see if you all would take a payment over the phone... with no responce... i have been trying for 4 days now unsuccessfully to buy some diamonds.....now... please... either shut-up and fix the problem or quit lieing to people and tell them that your just simply not going to fix it so we know to spend our money else-where...
