        Ok, so before reset I waited until the last few minutes to spend 10K to get me over the 60k mark because I needed ONLY 2x Joker (Large) to exchange for Blazing Hecate Crest. To do this I needed to:
        1. Rank 3rd 2. Collect 60k Master of Poker reward from hot event.
       

        Well I made 3rd, but as I was trying to click on the 60k reward it wouldn\'t work and so I am now short 1x Large Joker.

I have no clue when it will come up again in HoC and I have to work/spend a large amount (again) in order to pick up the Large Joker.

Frankly I extremely annoyed, and pretty disappointed with this outcome. I have also submitted a ticket.

        Your information has been submitted, and the missing card will be accredited to your HoC inventory. Please understand due to the late hour and the weekend, this might not happen until Monday, and I do understand that that is frustrating to hear. Might I suggest next time, though it is beneficial sometimes to wait until last minute to score to snipe a position, if you need to collect an item from a Hot Event, give yourself enough time so you can collect with a few minutes to spare.

Thank you for your response, I am happy that I will be accredited the Large Joker.... and yes I felt 2 minutes was adequate time to collect the reward, unfortunately it was not working. the box was highlighted and everything but clicking on it was not achieving anything.
In the end I had to refresh which of course rolled over as reset and therefore was not available fr me to collect.
