Begin/End Skill

i just reset skills yesterday after 3rd promotion and now my begin/end skills are not active in world boss, battle shrine or holy throne.
begin is lvl12 and end is lvl4 so they should be active.
i don\'t understand this - maybe i\'m missing something?

You have to put the skills on if you\'ve reset your skills.
