Hero Upgrade reward not claim

I upgraded my mount recently from rank +11 to + 12, after upgrading i went to Hot Events then Hero Upgrade and i can\'t claim my reward...need your help sir its 300 seraph stone did not claim....Please reply sir thanks. Ingame Name: Chris     Server: Badb (262)-HKT

        You upgrade your mount to +12
        Its a Hero Upgrade event, no Mount upgrade

        I never tried it myself tho, but this little detail would be my guess why you cant collect the reward

        As nathalie mentioned above, Evolving your Mount is not a Hero, and only the Hero Upgrades work towards the Event.

        Except as a screenshot shows in this post. The Front Page of Hot Events says  Hero and Mount Upgrade System On;
        So this gives the illusion you can upgrade your mount to collect the reward that goes with that specific upgrade

        Not really sure what screen shots would make sense in this situation, but I\'ve attached one of my upgraded hero. Having a log of your upgrades would be a great feature for times like these imo.
