Once you get to that range it usually pops between 13,400 and 14,400 points. But I have heard of the extremely unlucky getting over 20,000 points and the bubble still not popping. Hopefully your luck is better than that but figured you should know of what could possibly happen.

to get my 7th star on my 2 it took to the bubble was 100% full then 10 more times after that. the bubble number even stopped moving at 6500

Some Angels can take until the Bubble reaches 100% before Evolving and is Random Luck at when it will Evolve.
