Totem error

Last few days I have an error in Totems, once I attack the Totem I just get a blank screen ?

I tried waiting 15 minutes but nothing happens, only way to fix it is to refresh browser

I have found this happens pretty often on 3-3, 3-7, and occasionally 3-9 ...;; it either opens a blank fight screen or starts the loading process and freezes without ever getting to the point of opening a fight screen....; when this happens, the only way to progress is to refresh the browser.
