I have sent email request, sent tickets and;I have posted in the past and was ;told that VIP was cancelled HOWEVER I find it odd that in the game it said that my VIP was renewed, so with all undo respect, I am saying it and requesting it one LAST time or my bank is going to have a field day with the countless charge backs and once they see that the tickets have gone UNANSWERED because Im not the biggest asshole when it comes to money, banks love handling chargebacks. SO CANCEL MY VIP. IM DONE BEING ROBBED! I dont need to post my info here being you clearly have access to it in order to charge my damn bank without my permissions because in order for you to charge someones bank you have to have their card on file but only if they AGREE TO ALLOWING YOU TO KEEP IT BY CHECKING THE BOX WHICH I NEVER DID. So when you get investigated and you will, a lot of banks and people who arent aware that their cards are FOREVER IMPRINTED on your page without their consent you foul greedy people. Now I expect my ticket to be handled ASAP or me and my bank will be filing an abundance of paperwork first thing monday morning!

        and I would appreciate it if I dont get the reply saying its been forwarded blah blah bcuz I have heard that song and dance before and the constant messaging and ticket is becoming tiresome and Im sure my bank is gonna love the way things are just dragged out and made to look like its on the consumers Tell your bosses to buy a clue, not like they cant afford it and as stated they HAVE the info! Otherwise they wouldnt be able to charge my damn card without my permissions! They imprint the personal info, to me thats fraud! but Im sure my bank can tell me what it is considering i have not agreed to allow them to keep my personal beeswax on their page or files!

They\'re there because GTA doesn\'t have direct billing, so GTA isn\'t the one with your information on file, PaymentWall or Playspan is since they\'re the two payment companies that host the VIP subscription. They\'re the ones you need to talk to.

whichever it is they will be contacted by the bank if they touch my card again. I was shocked when I had been told my vip had been cancelled as requested however I look in my mail only to find that I had only been charged and that my vip had been renewed yet another month. Thus one of the main reasons I have quit. The lack of support and the way matters are handled.

        also I am aware of the 3 options via the recharge but I have never manually renewed my VIP which is how I know they have stored my info without my permission. I think people need to be fully aware that if they do choose to become a VIP member use a card that is NOT linked to their bank in any way. Otherwise it will be an ongoing nightmare.;

This is why I use a prepaid card when I get vip that way something happens they wont get what I don\'t have on the card.
