        so far, only libra nightmare blessing. ;Rest are all fixed at +50%. ;Excluding skill with special crit like effect like amazon.  

        iso:  those only affect crit chance.  Only libra actually boost the dmg.

        There also refine gears, it was originally planned to have crit dmg+ in addition of the known crit chance+, but I never see anyone have that in their gears.

Critical Strike Rating (defines the chance of getting crits) ; Critical Strike Damage (defines the bonus damage dealt in %)
Critical Strike Rating you can increase by using refine stones, runestones, gems, enhances, astral, gem enhancement, angel halo, angel worship, even some clothing (e.g. Iron Wings)
Critical Strike Damage, the only way possible is Nightmare Libra Zodiac.

as far as I know only the new Iron wings have +1oo Critical Dmg nothing else as I didnt see it yet but I might be wrong;
