Payment fails

        I am not sure what I am doing wrong here but I assume your company has a fraud counter where you cannot recharge any amount until the first payment is done, but I am wondering now if I have offended somehow. I made my initial payment on the 16th of last month when I first started playing and it has cleared. Now when I try to recharge again it keeps telling me unsuccessful. I cannot even charge a vip (being almost the lowest amount I can charge to my card) without it coming up as failure. I use the same credit card stored in the system, so I am positive nothing has changed on my side of things. I did maybe think it was the actual amount that was having problems which was why I tried the vip.
        I play on sethite(588) in game name galstat, if you need anything personal please send me a private message otherwise a response would be nice. I have had a support ticket in since the 31st of October but I assume the support team is out on strike because it hasn\'t even been checked as yet.

This is back to failing again and has been failing since late December, could I have it looked into again as I wouldn\'t mind buying again. Account is;ok for funds, its just failing each time.

Can a moderator confirm that your system does indeed take prepaid cards as a payment option.

We do take prepaid cards. I myself use one for the account I play on. But, you have to be careful. Some of the prepaids have dispute issues with gtarcade and will not let you use it here. I personally go to my local CVS and get a prepaid American express card that costs $0 to use and put money in.

has the actual failings that have been occurring since December being investigated? going from spending a few times a week to nothing is starting to annoy me. I have missed out on the entire xmas events, tycoon now probably shell game, and to make matters worse my support ticket from October last year hasn\'t even had anything but the automated response.;2 working days what a laugh. Anyway I like it looked into again or just reset the card from your end. I know its not my banks idea to all of a sudden disallow me spending my own funds

        sometimes card will lock because of fraud flags. may have to call them and make sure they didnt freeze. has happened to me.
