Hi, I have been a VIP since the beginning and my VIP 7 status was about to end and get recharged to VIP8. Well, it ended and didn\'t recharge. I was paying 4.99 for VIP that should auto-renew each level.
Can you please reestablish my automatic VIP status at VIP 8 please, at 4.99?
