my second account was stolen the password was reset and someone is on my char please help me get him back. Server 308- King;;

Hi Silentmist22.

In order to receive your account back you will need to have a password reset sent to your email account. Select Forgot Password from the login screen and enter them email address used to create that account. Once this is done a link will be sent to your email and you are good to go.

I tried but I have 2 accounts and my first is connected to it also so its only resetting my main char not the one stolen

all 3 reset my password emails only reset my main char not my second

someone is on my char right now. if I cant reset it please ban it from the game I would rather start over than someone else ruin whats not theirs

Hello, could you please provide me with your original email used to make the account as evidence in order to identify as the owner? Also, ideally screenshots of of the conversation concerning the account being stolen. Also, ideally change your forum name in order to prevent someone from getting your email.

the original email is dgms64@hotmail.com;;;;it was my ex husbands char he game me before he quit playing so I have no access to open emails from it beings he no longer plays. I had just changed my password about a week an a half ago right before it was stolen. Im afraid I don\'t know how to take screen shots of the chat log between an the chat was also destroyed when who ever took the account blocked me. can you restore the password / account back to what it was when I changed it?
