Upgrading Aegis

Hello I didn\'t notice this till as I clicked upgrade to my Aegis but it auto got diamonds selected. I just lost 100 diamonds to upgrade my Pieces Aegis to lv 4. I did not want to spend 100 diamonds for the 100% upgrade chance and wouldn\'t have if it wasn\'t automatically selected. Also I did not get a pop up window asking if I wanted to spend 100 diamonds for this cause I would have said no. Im Centoria Server Amdusias;433 PST

Being that your aegis level cannot be reduced, I do not believe you can get refunded, however I will still create a report for you in hopes there is a course of action.  Thank you for your patience while your issue is looked into.

thanks. I don\'t get to recharge often like once every 4 months if that so all I have to go with is free ones. tys for reporting this so that it might be prevented from happening to others if anything. er btw I didn\'t notice it was selected till that moment flash as I clicked upgrade. I wasn\'t thinking it was selected since it isn\'t normally auto selected to upgrade.
