Can't collect "Only the Strongest"

        Please help me to collect it. I cant collect my reward Only the Strongest. In level i\'m rank 55 and in BR i\'m rank 46. I should can receive my reward, but the button is off.
        I give you capture screen, so u can read. It said Total available collect 1 times, Already collect 0 times. I cant collect it because the button is off.
        Can you send the reward to my account? Need the reward since im still new in this server.

        Hello anjukyu! I regret to Inform you, that the reason you did not receive these Rewards, is because you did not Qualify for Requirements to Receive the Ranked Rewards.

        The Requirements to Receive the Rewards:
       

        As your Character Level was only a Level 42, you did not Qualify to Receive the Hot Event Rewards.
