Since airing our grievances in public seems to be an exercise in humility, perhaps giving the mods access to the ticketing system (except payment issues for obvious reasons) might improve the current support system and aside from some confidentiality perhaps even more confidence since the mods appear to be the only ones that care about issues.

Thank you for your support of us FM\'s. But as you said. There are confidentiality concerns with us viewing tickets. I will relay your suggestion to separate the tickets with account info though.

        I would say that if GT Arcade are going to expect you to sit in the firing line, and field the rubbish you get thrown at you on a daily basis, then they need to give you the tools to do the job.;

        They can\'t have a ticketing system in place, if the only people that can see it are the Dev\'s, when quite clearly, they do nothing but ignore it (there are a lot of instances on the forum where people just get automated responses).

        Something needs to be sorted one way or another.;
