Bug: Common Roulette Voucher

        I got a Common Roulete voucher from Lucky Strike a month or so back and I have two questions: 1. Why don\'t I get A free lucky voucher every event like every other even [3 carnival cards 10 points each if I log in ONCE during the event - up to 12 (I think this was raised recently) not including the 3 free cards/day worth somewhere between 4-10 points on average each if you log in every day of event, Monopoly witch you don\'t technically have to pay for anything if you don\'t want to whack a mole gives you 20 moles/day, etc]
        The actual bug 2: What exactly does the Common Roulete voucher do? I feel like it is sitting in my inventory doing nothing and I got it from Lucky Strike so either it was there just to spite a free to play player or I don\'t know what but I can\'t sell it or use it in any way...

Common Roulette Voucher is to unlock Common Roulette during Grand Roulette event. It is not for Lucky Strike event.
