question about my strategy

I\'ll start of by saying I\'m a hunter with around 520k Br...and over 420k patk. Godless at 320kbr with over 200k patk. Then paladin. ..LE...and panda nicky. I just got Nerieda to replace Nicky. I\'m realizing that I will get my but kicked so I need to have IRB team.  I plan on having LE to +21 and Nerieda +18, and I like the fire totem.  Can I accomplish the IRB without the dragon totem?  I had also thought about getting ES to eventually replace paladin.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thank you guys.

Strip paladin and give him 50/50 protect dragonsoul and your good to go without dragon totem.;

LE +21 with a full set of gear should start off with 75 rage and be able to use her skill on the first turn. Just make sure she goes before Nereida.

you dont need dragon totem to accomplish IRB with Nereida +18 and LE +21. Just make sure LE cast her skill before nereida.;
