some VIP Benefits not received

So my vip had expired yesterday and I renewed my vip today using diamonds but didn\'t get benefits of additional 10 spins as vip7 and also no extra gemology attempts. Is it supposed to be that way? I have posted jackpot page don\'t have Gemology one cause I didn\'t take a ss of it earlier.
