Cannot inherit from Godless Wolf

Is anyone else having problems inheriting from Evolved Heros?
I tried with Godless Wolf and Hercules and it will not let me inherit from them at all. I also can not inherit a different hero to them.
This has to be a new update or a bug because I have inherited to and from Wolf Several times. Including in the last Singles Tourne.
Any suggestions?
