What is classified as total harassment?

        My wife and I do our best to ignore and move on, but about 5 months ago she had a falling out with a real friend who played on the game and the person she left the guild with has been trash talking us ever since, mostly my wife.; Started by simply saying that we kicked him out when he left on his own and saying little things in world chat.
        Almost daily we can see something being said.; I don\'t go to world chat but how it defaults there when the game loads as well as after finishing an inferno or other activity and I will see comments then.; To us it is funny, but it\'s beyond old with being so long and not one word said to them.

        They have started various rumors to where we have even been asked if it\'s true we kick people out of our guild for talking in world chat which is garbage as anyone who pays attention would know almost all our members do regularly.;

        Tonight actually just after finishing Twilight Clash they wanted to accuse us of cheating.
        Really they can say what they want as we don\'t cheat in any way, but the glitches are very annoying on both parts, and even with reporting them nothing is ever done so I stopped on that.; This is obsessive harassment, they really do all they can to try and cause any issues they can to try and make enjoying the game difficult.

        Is there anything that can be done about this?

I too am being harassed, and have asked mods for help to no avail. Ive been called racist names and been called retarded which is a big no no to me. I have family that is challenged and I am a half breed so I take great offence in these remarks. I have submitted tickets to no avail and it hasn\'t stopped. you have 0 posts, make a post here in support with your in game name, you server number and most importantly screen shots of the insults, then something will be done. ;I urge the OP to do the exact same because posts here with no evidence can not get any help

        this is just a little of some of the messages I have been getting from an angry player. And its disruptive, and childish, but went too far with the racism comments. I feel good that you will remove this player from game soon and end his harassment towards me.         if you don\'t really want to read it, and it does default on world chat..... just block them. They will bore and tire when ignored.

        So, you are trying to say that you don\'t have anything worthwhile to contribute.; Block hides the abusive chat but it doesn\'t do anything to solve the problem.

        The victims of the abuse want the taunting to stop.; GTarcade & Kabam really don\'t care how anyone behaves in the game because 1) It is a game and 2) Ignoring gameplay won\'t affect their revenue.

        One of the unfortunate things about oneline gaming is that people choose to be rude & disgusting.; Reacting to them just encourages them to continue their bad behavior because you make them think it is affecting you.; As far as you know, you are dealing with a 12yr old who thinks it is cool and fun to be rude in the game.

        Trash talking has existed since the beginning of language..... trash talking in game from an unknown behind a monitor that affects you so deeply that you still have to see what they say....???

Their words don\'t bother me, what is getting beyond old and annoying is how many times we get questioned by almost anyone on the server about things that are said.; Also the block feature doesn\'t work properly anyway, my wife has to reblock at least one of them each week because they are suddenly not blocked anymore.

        Correct you are! The block option only works till next game maintenance session. My point is, overall, we come to play a game, and trashtalk will happen, but when it gets personal, it takes the fun from it all, and the overall game experience! For me, I come to escape the ugliness that is our world today. I don\'t care about a lil trash talk, but calling me racist names, and using ugly terms is just disruptive, childish, and I would care for it to be left in the streets, not dragged in here, where we try to enjoy ourselves,;to take;the daily edge off );;
