                                          Hi i recharged for 1000 diamonds at 11.52am GMT its 3pm and still iv not recieved the diamonds or the recharge bonus i have checked both my skrill account and bank the transaction shows as successful please help as i recharged for the tycoon event and the extra 1000 diamonds in the Hot events My precious if i dont recive them by 12am i lose the bonus which is unfair

I hope i will get the diamond that are missing and those i would have gotten from My precious event in hot events cause of the problem also the recharge bonus i would of hit the 5k bonis which is 1k group tickets plus the 300 blessing stones many thanks

I have to say i find your attitude to sort out missing diamonds to be terrible your fast enough to take my money but when a problem arises on sorting out things that have gone wrong i get ignored its been over 48 hours since this problem has happened and still iv had no msg to say when your going to issues me the missing items until you have sorted this problem out i will stop all payments to your games

        We need the transaction ID to resolve this issue, neither of the photos you posted contain that information. UltimatePay should have also emailed you a confirmation, since that is the payment provider, and should have UUZU Interactive One-Time Pay. The correct transaction ID is in that confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation, then you need to contact UltimatePay to have the issue sorted out, as they are the hold up on you not receiving your diamonds.
