Disappearing Diamonds

        I submitted a ticket over 5 days ago and still no reply other than the auto reply saying they will try and get back to you within 48 hours. I already knew your customer service was bad but this is a new all time low. Not only do you steal diamond but you don\'t even reply to tickets. Here is a copy of what was sent....

Shortly after server reset I\'m down to only 3800 and I didn\'t purchase anything. So somewhere and somehow around 10k diamonds just disappeared. Please fix this issue ASAP so I can use my diamonds on the current ongoing events. I have purchased somewhere around 100k diamonds in the past 2 days and would like to continue to purchase but not if my diamonds just disappear without me using them.

Have to keep bumping this post up. It\'s easy to say wait patiently but when you have paid for diamonds then end up missing around 10k while events that are going on and you can\'t use the diamonds you purchased, patience is is not easy to come by. As a matter of fact you should provided extra diamonds as an interest payment for me having paid for something that I don\'t have available to use.
