Percentage multipliers?

So I\'ve wondered this a while and was hoping someone knew so I can be lazy and not do the math myself. When are percentage multipliers (e.g. hero / mount blessings, enchants, angel worship buffs, angel evolution, mount skills, etc.) calculated?

For example, if I have +1% attack enchant, does that affect the attack bonus I get from guardian angels? How about from angel halos?

Hero/mount blessing only applies to train stats.

they are also retroactive, meaning they apply at the end as stated, the example was enchant which applies to everything. ;The reply was correct as stated.
